Simple turkey soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds turkey, cooked and drained
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, un drained
  • 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 bag frozen mixed soup vegetables
  • 1/2 cup uncooked barley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Dash black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine turkey, tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables, barley, salt, thyme, coriander and pepper in crock pot. Add water to cover. Cover; cook on high 3 to 4 hours or until barley and vegetables are tender.
