Ingredients
- 2 pounds turkey, cooked and drained
- 1 can whole tomatoes, un drained
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 bag frozen mixed soup vegetables
- 1/2 cup uncooked barley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Dash black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine turkey, tomatoes with juice, broth, vegetables, barley, salt, thyme, coriander and pepper in crock pot. Add water to cover. Cover; cook on high 3 to 4 hours or until barley and vegetables are tender.
