Ingredients
- 1 7 oz. pkg. Creamette Shells
- 1 7 12/ oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 . c. sour cream
- 3 sliced hard cooked eggs
- 1 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 2 c. lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces-optional
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare Shells according to pkg. directions for salad use.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Chill.
Just before serving, toss salad mixture with lettuce.
