Crabmeat Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz. pkg. Creamette Shells
  • 1 7 12/ oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/2 . c. sour cream
  • 3 sliced hard cooked eggs
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 2 c. lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces-optional

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Shells according to pkg. directions for salad use.
Drain.
Combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Chill.
Just before serving, toss salad mixture with lettuce.
