Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
Preparation
Step 1
1. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2. Coat with nonstick spray.
3. Whisk ¼ cup sweet chili sauce with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger.
4. Place salmon fillets skin side down, on prepared sheet.
5. Spoon chili sauce marinade over and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
6. Preheat broiler.
7. Spoon any marinade remaining on baking sheet over salmon fillets.
8. Broil salmon without turning until browned in spots and almost opaque in center, 6 to 10 minutes depending on thickness of fillet.
