Cinnamon Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peeled fresh or rozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 TBDSP plus 2/3 cup biscuit/baking mix, divided
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 to 3 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
  • 3 TBSP milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine peaches, sugar, 1 TBDSP of biscuit mix and cinnamon. TRansfer to a greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar and remaining biscuit mix. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stire in milk just until blended. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto peach mixutre. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is bubbly.
