Ingredients
- 2 c cannelini beans
- 1/2 c reserved liquid from can
- 1 t rosemary, chopped
- 1 head garlic , roasted
- 1 T balsamic
Preparation
Step 1
Cut top off garlic , drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil and place in $@% oven for 45 minutes.
Using a food processor, puree beans , rosemary, pulp from the garlic, and vinegar. Add liquid a little at a time untilright consistency. Salt and Peper.
