Ingredients
- 1 lb med. shrimp, cooked, peeled, and chopped
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/3 c chopped celery
- 2 tsp sherry
- 3 T chili sauce
- dash of hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the chopped shrimp and mayonnaise (add mayonnaise to achieve the appropriate moisture level to your taste). Add the celery, sherry, chili sauce, and hot sauce. Serve the shrimp on croissants or thinly-sliced sandwich bread.
