Cowboy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 sm. box com flakes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

Place hash browns in greased 9x13-inch pan. Fry all com flakes in 1 stick butter. set aside. Mix soup, sour cream and onion together, pour over potatoes. Next, layer cheese on top. Top with fried com flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
