Zucchini Brownies

Scrumptious Moist Delights

Ingredients

• Sift together the following:
• 1/2 Cup Oil
• 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• Creme these 3 ingredients together and set aside
• 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 cup Cocoa
• 3 Cups of Peeled Zucchini Shredded
• 2-3 teaspoons Vanilla
• Nuts are opt
• Icing
• 3 Tablespoons Butter
• 3 Tablsepoon Milk
• 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
• 4 cups Pwdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Creme together
Oil, Sugar and eggs

in seperate bowl
sift all dry ingredients
Peel Zucchini
blend into dry mixture
the zucchini, vanilla, and cremed mixture

fold in nuts

Spray 9 by 13 pan

Bake 350 for appx 30 minutes or until toothpik
in center comes out clean

Icing:
Cook 1 minute Butter and Milk and add chocolate
chips until melted
Remove from heat and stir in 4 cups powdered sugar
