Preparation

Step 1

Cover meat and cook on HIGH 3 hours.

Prepare dressing and pour over meat.
Cover, cook LOW 3 hours more

remove beef and cut into slices (or shread)
RETURN
to sauce and stir to coat

cool completely and freeze
