Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dried beef
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer dried beef in margarine. Tear beef into bite sized pieces. Add 1/4 c. flour, mix well. Add milk and pepper to taste, no salt. Stir until thickened. Serve over biscuits, toast or baked potatoes.
