Blueberry Muffin Old School

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually stir in milk.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the liquid. Stir until moistened.

Gently fold in blueberries.

Spoon into large muffin cups filling to the top.

Bake at 375 for 25-30 min.
