Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs or 9 large potatoes
  • 6 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 tsp onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c sour ream
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes and mash
Add rest of the ingredients and beat until fluffy
Cover with saran in a greased casserole
Refrigerate
Bake at 350 for 1 hour
This can be made up to 5 days before serving
