Step 1

For marinade mix 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then add 1 lb cubed chicken, 1 lb fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage cut into 3/4 in slices and marindae 1 hour. The make kabobs with meat and 4 cubed medium red potatotes and 2 c cubed fresh pinapple. For potatoes, place in microwave safe bowl and cover and microwave 6-8 minutes until almost tender, stiring twice. Can serve with ranch dressing.
