Ingredients
- 2 dozen cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 cup bacon bit
Preparation
Step 1
Cut top off each cherry tomato; scoop out pulp, reserving pulp for another use. Invert cherry tomato shells on paper towels to drain.
Combine cream cheese, horseradish, and bacon bits in small bowl. Beat a medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture is light and fluffy.
Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into tomato shes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Yield: 2 dozen
