Ingredients
- 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 C Honey
- 1 t Minced Garlic
- 2 t Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 t Kosher Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients. When loin reaches 130 internal temp, brush with glaze and continue to cook until reaching 140. Pull loin at 140, glaze again, and wrap in foil. Let meat rest covered for 10-20 min before carving.
