Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 6 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 ounces lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cabbage, carrots, peppers and onion. Cover with oil and set aside.
Heat dressing ingredients except lemon juice to boil Add lemon juice. Stir to dissolve.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
