Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tblsp. Soda
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2 tbslp. Baking powder
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 6 tblsp. margarine
- 1 tblsp. vanilla
- 1 tblsp. milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin and margarine together. Sift together dry ingredients. Add this to the batter and then stir in the nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 325*. Cool and frost.
Combine frosting ingredients and beat well. Spread on bars. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
