Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus or 1 bunch broccoli cut in 1 inch pieces
- 4 or 5 scallions cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 to 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 3 tbl margarine
- salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute scallions in margarine covered on low flame. Add asparagus or broccoli, mushrooms & seasonings. Cook covered until tender
