  • 1 lb asparagus or 1 bunch broccoli cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 4 or 5 scallions cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 to 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbl margarine
  • salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder to taste

Step 1

Saute scallions in margarine covered on low flame. Add asparagus or broccoli, mushrooms & seasonings. Cook covered until tender
