  • 1 lb. ricotta/cottage cheese/potato
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb flour

Preparation

Step 1

In the same container (no spoon) knead smooth.
Rest and cover at least 10 minutes

Note: the more the flour the harder the gnocchi.

Cut and roll
Cook 8-10 minutes
Boil small amounts
