Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 3-5 pound roast(sprinkle with tenderizer if it's a tougher cut of meat)
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 1 t. worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
Step 1
Poke meat with meat fork
Place roast in marinade overnight or at least two hours
Grill over indirect heat--surround a drip tray made out of aluminum foil with coals
You may want to sear meat first before grilling.
