A perfect appetizer for a summer barbecue, these jalapeños are easy to make and only take three ingredients.

  • 24 jalapenos
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, sliced in half

Preparation

Step 1

De-vein jalapeños by scraping insides with a potato peeler and wash well.
Stuff each jalapeño with about 1 oz of cream cheese. Slice bacon in half and top the opening of each jalapeño with the bacon and secure with a tooth pick.

Cook on grill or open flame until done.
