Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
- 1/2 c finely-chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 c. grated carrots
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. onion juice
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place the cream cheese in a medium-size bowl; add the nuts, carrots, Tabasco sauce, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spread on crustless bread squares or rounds as canapes, or cover a whole slice of crustless bread, roll up, chill, and slice into 1/2-inch-thick rounds a half hour before serving.
