Ingredients
- 24 oz. fresh or frozen corn-large kernel
- 8 oz. whipping cream
- 8 oz. half and half
- 1 t salt
- 1 t sugar
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 T flour
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except butter and flour. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix together the flour and butter in a small saucepan. Heat slowly and stir until smooth. Add to simmering corn. Mix well, allowing mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
