Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 8 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1/3 c. suggar
• 1 t. lemon juice
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mis w/ 1 egg and oil til crumbly.
Reserve 1 c. for topping
Put remaining mixture in ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Beat cheese, sugar, egg, and lemon juice til smooth.
Pour over baked bottom layer and sprinkle with crumb mixture
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool, cut and dust with powdered sugar
