Ingredients
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda (I use Sprite - but any will do)
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and put in well greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes. (The actual recipe calls for 35 minutes ... but it always takes mine a little longer to get done.)
Drizzle with lemon icing and decorate with fresh fruit if you like.
