  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 oz of blackening seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Rub salmon liberally with blackening seasoning

Heat grill great to high

Oil grate

Place salmon on center of great for 8 minutes

flip over for additional 3 minutes
