Ingredients
- potatoes
- butter
- bacon (optional)
- cheese (optional)
- parsley (optional)
- green onion (optional)
- garlic (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mash potatoes plain with butter. You can add any of the optional ingredients listed above or you can add any others that you prefer. Stuff into a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil.
Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden.
