Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8-oz package non fat cream cheese
  • 1 8-oz container nondairy whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 angel food cake, cubed
  • 1 can lite cherry pie filling

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together the powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add whipped topping and chopped nuts. Stir in angel food cake cubes. Layer in glass bowl: 1/2 cake mixture and 1/2 can cherry pie filling. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Refrigerate unused portions.
