Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 lb bacon
- 1 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 lb pasta
- Parmesan cheese
- *Option hot pepper flakes (pepperoncino) to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and bacon in olive oil, add hot pepper flakes. When bacon is done, add zucchini for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir until warm. Add semi-cooked pasta to finish off. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
