Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 bunch of chopped celery
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Lots of chopped fresh parsley
  • Diced Carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Saute vegetables in butter until soft. Add to two bags Pepperidge Farm flavored stuffing cubes. Add 2 cups chicken stock. Mix well. Right before stuffing bird add one or two beaten eggs. Stuffing should be a little moist. Fill bird (not too full – leave room to expand) Place remaining stuffing in greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 while turkey rests before carving.
