Ingredients
- 2 cans candied yams
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Drain potatoes. Place in food processor bowl with sugar, eggs, salt, 1/2&1/2, melted butter & vanilla. Process until smooth. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Return to oven briefly until marshmallows are melted & brown.
