Broccoli With Pine Nuts And Raisins

Ingredients

  • 1 each Broccoli Head, cut in florets
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 each Dried Hot Red Pepper
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Pine Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 2 lg Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic and red pepper in oil. Add pine nuts and broccoli. Simmer, covered for 2-3 minutes. Add raisins, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and serve.
