Ingredients
- 1 package TJ's Portabella Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons TJ's Sun Dried Tomatoes in Oil
- 2 slices TJ's Caprese Log, cut into 1/8” pieces
- 1/4 cup TJ's Organic Arugula, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º F. Layer mushrooms with tomatoes and cheese. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Top with arugula and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until cheese becomes lightly brown.
