Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
- 3 Tbs (45 ml) prepared horseradish, or to taste
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp (5 ml) white wine vinegar (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Will keep refrigerated for up to a week. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
