Scandinavian Horseradish Sauce

  • 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
  • 3 Tbs (45 ml) prepared horseradish, or to taste
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) white wine vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste



Step 1

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Will keep refrigerated for up to a week. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
