Ingredients
- 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 can corn (drained); or frozen or fresh corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- chopped green onion/cilantro to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased pan. Bake @ 350* in preheated oven for 1 hour.
