  • 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 can corn (drained); or frozen or fresh corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • chopped green onion/cilantro to taste

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased pan. Bake @ 350* in preheated oven for 1 hour.
