Ingredients
- 2 large yukon gold or russet potatoes with peel, ea cut into 8 wedges
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp thyme or paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 450
Toss wedges wth oil, salt and spices
Spread on shallow baking sheet lined wih parchment paper
Bake until golden brown, turning once
I find a good result with 13 minutes per side
