Ingredients
- Aioli:
- 1/2 lb Extra Lean ground turkey
- 2/3 oz breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup chopped chives
- 2 Tbsp Light Mayo
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Light Mayo
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare aioli: mix all ingredients together, refrigerate until ready to serve
2. Combine ground turkey, chives, mayo, cajun seasoning, a pinch of salt, egg whites and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Divide mixture into patties.
3. Add oil to a frying pan. Cook 8 minutes on each side until done in the center. Serve with a dollop of aioli.
