Ingredients
- 2 pints cherry tomato or plum tomatoes
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 t pepper
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Halve each tomato. For plum tomatoes, scoop out core and seeds. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkles a lot, pepper, and basil. Roast 35-40 minutes at 400 deg.
