Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ( 18.25 ounce ) package spice cake mix
  • 1 ( 15 ounce ) can pumpkin

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350. Generously grease a 9x13 baking pan ( I laid parchment paper in the pan and sprayed it that way it came right out of the pan as a whole )
In a large bowl, mix together the spice cake mix and the canned pumpkin until well blended. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool and serve or store in the refrigerator. Taste even better the next day.
I spread half with a cream cheese icing, and half with a vanilla icing. ( for me haha)
