Apple Cups

Ingredients

  • Apples
  • Lemon Juice
  • Warm Apple Cider
  • Cinnamon Sticks

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off the top of each apple with a chef's knife.
Use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out the center of the apples. Be careful not to cut through the bottom or sides of the apples.
Brush a little lemon juice over the inside of the apples to prevent browning.
Fill the apples with warm apple cider, garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.
