Roasted Brown Butter Honey Garlic Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lg. carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces (baby carrots will also work)
  • 1 \2 c butter
  • 3 tbsps. honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley chopped for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees in medium saucepan
add butter & cook over medium heat, continue to whisk for a few minutes until butter starts to become frothy & brown, add honey & garlic & remove from heat
In a lg. bowl add carrots & drizzl the sauce on top, toss until coated & spread evenly on a lg. baking sheet
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender
Transfer to a serving dish
