Ingredients
- 1 lg. salmon filet (4-6oz) skin on
- 1 \2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 \4 tsp. pepper
- 1 \2 tsp. Smoked paprika
- 1 \4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tbps. soy sauce
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2-3 tbsps. honey
- 2-3 tbps. chopped parsley
- Lemon slices for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay salmon on top & drizzle with olive oil
Rub paprika & chili powder on salmon and slide lemon slices underneath the salmon
Bake for 13-16 minutes until salmon is flaky, do not overcook as it will dry out
Unwrap the salmon & turn oven to broil- cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes or until caramelized & slightly charred
Cut into sections discard skin & serve immediately
