Delicious Shrimp soup with dumplings.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 CUPS OF WATER
  • 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
  • 1/4 Cup BARLEY
  • 1 PC CELERY - diced
  • 1 SM ONION - diced
  • 1/2 LB SHRIMP – PEELED AND CUT
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • Bisquick for dumplings

Preparation

Step 1


PEEL SHRIMP AND BOIL SHELLS IN WATER. DRAIN OUT SHELLS AND ADD CELERY AND ONION; ADD BARLEY AND COOK UNTIL BARLEY IS DONE. ONCE TENDER ADD TOMATO SOUP AND SHRIMP. COOK ABOUT 3 MINUTES ADD DUMPLINGS.

MAKE DUMPLINGS ACCORDING TO BISQUICK. DROP DUMPLINGS INTO SOUP AND COOK 10 MINUTES UNCOVERED AND 10 MINUTES COVERED.
