GRUYERE APPLE SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded gruyere
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded apple peel
  • 1 tblsp finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl, beat cream cheese; stir in shredded cheese, milk and mustard until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve on assorted crackers.
