Ingredients
- 30 slices pumpernickel bread, sliced in half on the diagonal
- 10 oz crème fraiche
- 1/3 lb thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
- Dill sprigs for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Spread crème fraiche in thin layer over each piece of bread. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with dill.
