Banana Cake with Butter Glaze

Ingredients

  • For the glaze:
  • 1-18.25 oz. Package yellow cake mix
  • 1 \2 c sugar
  • 1 \2 c vegetable oil
  • 1-15oz can pumpkin
  • 1 \2 c water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat ovento 350 degrees & butter a bundt pan
Beat together all ingredients for 2 minutes until well combined and somewhat fluffy
Add batter to bundt pan & bake for 40-50 minutes
Cool for 15 minutes in by DT pan before turning on to scale plate to finish cool
For the glaze, melt butter on low heat until browned for about 8 minutes
Pour the butter into a small bowl & whisk with powdered sugar, milk & vanilla until smooth
Drizzle over the top of cooled cake
