Pastrami or Corned Beef with Slaw for Two

Step 1

Toss 1 cup shredded red cabbage with 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tsp each sugar and chopped dill; let sit 15 minutes. Mix 2 Tbsp yellow mustard with 2 tsp horseradish; spread on the bottom of a split onion roll. Fill with sliced meat and top with slaw.
